    **Update from last review:**I once was a sales person here at motor city. Today, I became a Customer. Jeremy Tra and harvey did what noone else could or shall i say would. They went above and beyond to help me get my family a nice dependable ride. I have said it before and I will say it again! MOTOR CITY has THE BEST customer service HANDS DOWN. Yall go see jeremy and let him get you in a new ride... OH and tim too! pahah** Just would like everyone to know, even though me and my manager had indifferences i have always said and will always say that MOTOR CITY is the BEST whenever it comes to customer service. I will not bash a store who goes ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers just because we have had indifferences as employee and employer. The sales people are phenomenal at what they do and the managers will put the customer first. I have been in sales for some time and can honestly say I have never saw customer service like this (especially in pre owned)... they treat you as if you are a cadillac customer no matter what you buy. learned more as a sales person at motor city than i have at any other dealership.
